Salvatore La Ragione, year 77 of Vico Equense, where my kitchen training has begun and structured. What at first seemed like a job to support the engineering studies becomes very soon the passion of a lifetime and “it is that what I like to say about me "to be a lucky man who uses his hobby as his profession".
In 2013 the opening of “Mamma’” in Capri: “a restaurant that reflects my cooking philosophy: essential cooking with local products”.
In the same year he was awarded with the best sous-chef prize of the year; then in 2014 after just one year, the achievement of the first Michelin star.
