Paola Naggi born in Sizzano in Novara on 6th July 1968.
Since 1995 she is the chef owner of the "Impero", the family restaurant since 1932.
Graduated in Agricultural Expert, she attended the Faculty of Arts and Philosophy for three years.
This so heterogeneous cultural alliance influences his career as a chef, rooted to the food traditions of the territory, not leaving out the most genuine aspects of the cooking: from noodles to jam, everything is homemade.
There are numerous collaborations with television and cultural institutions, as well as participations in seminars, conferences and training courses, and information that see him engaged in nutrition education programs even at primary schools.

His restaurant is the synthesis of an environment of yesteryear that makes from traditional cooking and familiar environment an art.
