The Architettura del Gusto

Passion, curiosity, creativity are three key words that led a group of friends to set up an ambitious project of making available, to your home, a virtual chef, a starred recipe, exclusive ingredients, chosen with care, specialty produce of the Italian food and wine tradition. 

This was The Architettura del Gusto kickoff.

Unlike the numerous cooking portals and websites of e – commerce, great chefs of the Italian tradition and innovation collaborate with The Architettura del Gusto, helping to create exclusive recipes in terms of aromas, tastes, pairings and ingredients.

The products used to cook the recipes are the result of an accurate research that aims at knowing the Italian food specialties. Each recipe becomes a taste trip to discover persons, stories, passion for quality food distinguishing itself by unique hand-made characteristics.

Style and Innovation and Tradition Tastes are the two themes that inspired the creation of new dishes and that identify the boxes. Packs contain the ingredients necessary to make a superior recipe, the procedure, the suggestions of the Chef who created the dish, any products to add. All recipes were video recorded to make them easier to be reinterpreted and get virtually into the homes of good cooking enthusiasts.
