Ingredients contained in the package:

Carnaroli Rice 250 g
Beetroots cream 90 g
Vegetable stock 80 g
Blue-veined cream San Carlo – Luigi Guffanti 1876   80 g

Additional ingredients to be acquired:

• Natural water 450 g
• Butter 75 g
• Grana padano 75 g
• White wine 50 g
• Salt
• ¼ lemon juice  (expressed squeezed)

Carnaroli Rice 500 g
Beetroots cream 180 g
Vegetable stock 200 g
Blue-veined cream San Carlo – Luigi Guffanti 1876  105 g

Additional ingredients to be acquired:

• Natural water 900 g
• Butter 150 g
• Grana padano 150 g
• White wine 100 g
• Salt
• ¼ lemon juice  (expressed squeezed)

 


Preparation for 2/4 people

Dilute the stock with natural water and let it boil.
Meanwhile heat the blue-veined cream in a bain-marie.
Toast the rice in a little butter, baste with white wine and let it soften.

Continue cooking adding the hot stock and some salt.
Cook for about 11 minutes (not longer).
Remove the risotto from the cooker and thicken with butter, parmesan, a few drops of lemon and ginger and finally, the cold beetroots cream.

When it is very creamy, place the rice on a dish and spatter the heated in a bain-marie blue-veined cream with the help of a spoon.
